Known as “EC” on the race circuit, Eric started racing BMX in 1978 at the tender age of 8. On the heels of a successful 17 year career filled with championships, Eric switched his focus exclusively to mountain bikes and began to rack up numerous national and World titles. To date he holds 10 NORBA National titles and 2 World Cup Championships, the most recent of which are the 2004 UCI World Cup 4 Cross Championship and the 2005 and 2006 NORBA Men’s Pro 4 Cross National Championships. Even though Eric is a fierce competitor at the track, you won’t find a nicer guy that gives a ton back to the sport. He holds regular clinics and camps each year to train younger riders and groom them into future stars of the sport. He has also been instrumental in developing Four cross racing and race courses in the US and abroad. Eric continues to play a key role in product development for various companies and is responsible for several of the innovations you currently ride on today.
