the Sport, but it was my
first mtn bike race -
ever.
Background: Raced in
1994-1997 during time at
Ohio University. Raced
collegiate road and USCF
(USA Cycling) road.
Went to Collegiate
Nationals 3 times, 10th
place crit in 97.
Category 3 National RR
in Wisconsin in 96? -
2nd place. Earned
Category 2 road in 97.
Stopped in 97 because of
knee issues (had
surgery) and school.
Helped put together team
in Washington State -
North River Racing.
Also assisted in putting
together Pharmacia and
Detrol LA racing teams
(elite men's) in
2000/2001. I Haven't
raced (or ridden
consistently) in about
10 years so this season
is starting slow, but
fun!
Unfortunately she was not on
Kenda for this race but will
be next time.
