We were in Cross Anchor, SC
at the Big Buck GNCC last weekend.
Even though it poured down
rain and stormed Friday night, by Sunday the track was
perfect. The race started at 10:00 and for some reason
they lined us up 5 rows back. They started the women,
masters, and some others first. I got a good start and
crashed in the 2nd turn, making me last going into
the woods. By the end of the first lap I had made it up
to the top ten, not sure exactly what place. I
continued to move up and ride steady. Lee Hallman and I
battled back and forth. We were having a good
time until he crashed. I ended up 1st in my class and
2nd Overall, making another trip to the podium. All my
sponsored products worked great, especially my Flex
handlebars which soaked up all the bumps, my Kenda tires
that hooked up great with my Rekluse clutch and g2
throttle all the others. I could not do it without you
guys.
